Due to the nature of food products, all sales are subject to strict sanitary controls.


Final Sale

Opened food products are final sale.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened items

  • Used products

  • Broken safety seals

  • Improper storage

  • Melted or texture-altered fats

Liquefaction of tallow or ghee during transit is natural and not a defect.


Claim Eligibility

Claims may be reviewed only if:

  • Product damaged in transit

  • Incorrect product shipped

  • Manufacturing defect upon arrival


Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of product

  • Description

Customer must retain product pending resolution.


Resolution

At our sole discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund of purchase price

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery of associated fees.


Recall

In the event of a regulatory recall, remedies shall comply with federal law.
