Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fatly Good LLC, located in Doral, Florida, USA ("Sponsor"). For questions or concerns, contact: hello@fatly-good.com.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, June 17, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), and ends on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be announced on Monday, June 29, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Fatly Good LLC or Dosan Investments LLC.

• Members of the immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouse) or households of the above individuals.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4A. Entry via Instagram

To enter through Instagram, participants must complete all three of the following steps:

• Follow the official Fatly Good Instagram account (@fatlygood).

• Share the official Sweepstakes post to their Instagram Story or feed.

• Tag one (1) person in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post.

The person tagged in the comment will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes as an additional participant, subject to eligibility requirements. Tagged individuals are deemed to have accepted these Official Rules by claiming their prize. Limit: one (1) entry per person via Instagram.

4B. Entry via Facebook

To enter through Facebook, participants must complete all three of the following steps:

• Follow the official Fatly Good Facebook page.

• Share the official Sweepstakes post to their Facebook Story or feed.

• Tag one (1) person in the comments of the official Sweepstakes post.

4C. Entry via Newsletter

To enter through the newsletter, participants must subscribe to the Fatly Good email newsletter at fatly-good.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: one (1) entry per email address.

Maximum entries per person: one (1) entry per platform. A participant who enters via all three methods may hold a maximum of three (3) entries total. Duplicate entries, entries submitted by the same person using multiple accounts, or entries made by any method other than those described above will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Fatly Good Product Pack containing the following items:

• Fatly Good 100% Grass-Fed Ghee, 16 oz (approximate retail value: $21.99)

• Fatly Good 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, 14 oz (approximate retail value: $19.99)

• Fatly Good Peanut Butter, 16 oz (approximate retail value: $9.99)

• Fatly Good Almond Butter, 16 oz (approximate retail value: $13.99)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize pack: $65.96. Total ARV of all prizes: $329.80.

Shipping and handling within the contiguous United States will be covered by Sponsor at no cost to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash substitution will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Following the close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will collect all eligible comments from the official Sweepstakes posts on Instagram and Facebook. Winners will be selected as follows:

• One (1) winner from Instagram posters (individuals who followed @fatlygood, shared the post, and tagged a person): selected via Comment Picker (commentpicker.com).

• One (1) winner from Instagram tagged participants: selected via Comment Picker (commentpicker.com).

• One (1) winner from Facebook posters (individuals who followed Fatly Good on Facebook, shared the post, and tagged a person): selected via Comment Picker (commentpicker.com).

• One (1) winner from Facebook tagged participants: selected via Comment Picker (commentpicker.com).

• One (1) winner from newsletter subscribers who signed up at www.fatly-good.com during the Sweepstakes Period: selected via Random.org.

All selections will be made at random from eligible entries. Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including proof of follow and share, before receiving their prize. The selection process will be documented via screenshot and made available upon request. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified on or around June 29, 2026 via Direct Message (DM) on the platform through which they entered, or by email for newsletter entries. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, does not meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Fatly Good LLC is not responsible for any inability to contact a winner due to privacy settings, inactive accounts, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

• Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

• Entries generated by scripts, bots, macros, or any other automated means are void.

• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes (name, email address, social media handle, and shipping address for winners) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and delivering prizes. Fatly Good LLC will not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. For information on Fatly Good's privacy practices, visit fatly-good.com.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Fatly Good LLC, Dosan Investments LLC, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a participant's or any other person's computer or electronic device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook). By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Fatly Good LLC and not to Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to gustavo@fatly-good.com and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. WINNER LIST

To request a list of winners, send a written request to hello@fatly-good.com within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement date (June 29, 2026).
